This Privacy Policy explains how Radio Al Firdaws CI (“we”, “us”, “our”) handles information in connection with the Radio Al Firdaws CI mobile applications (iOS and Android) and our website (together, the “Services”). By using the Services you agree to this policy.
Information we collect
We are a radio broadcasting service and we collect as little information as possible. Depending on how you use the Services, this may include:
- Device information: a non-permanent device identifier (such as Apple’s Identifier for Vendor or its Android equivalent), device type, operating-system version, app version, and preferred language. We use this to count installations and to make sure features such as chart voting are not duplicated. This identifier does not tell us who you are.
- Notification token: if you allow push notifications, we store the anonymous push token issued by Apple or Google so we can send you program announcements. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings.
- Information you choose to send: if you fill in a contact or feedback form in the app, we receive the details you enter (for example your name, email address, phone number, or message). You decide whether to provide these.
- Technical logs: like most online services, our servers automatically record technical data such as IP address and request time for security and troubleshooting.
What we do NOT do
- We do not require you to create an account to listen.
- We do not collect payment or credit-card information; the app does not sell anything.
- We do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal information.
How we use information
We use the information above only to: deliver live audio and video streams and app content; send notifications you have opted into; understand how many people install and use the app (in aggregate); respond to messages you send us; and keep the Services secure and working correctly.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of trusted providers who process data only on our behalf:
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging and Apple Push Notification service — to deliver notifications.
- Our hosting provider — to run the servers that deliver the Services.
If in the future we introduce advertising, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent before any advertising identifier is used.
Local storage on your device
The app stores small amounts of data on your device (such as your language and appearance preference and a cached copy of recent content) so it works faster and offline. You can clear this by deleting the app.
Children
The Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. Anonymous install and usage counts may be kept in aggregate. Messages you send us are kept as long as needed to handle your request.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have provided to us, or to withdraw consent (for example by disabling notifications). To make a request, contact us using the details below.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
